Waiting period for orders
The waiting period vary depending on the product you choose. We generally have a few models of frame and many mattresses already in stock. Most of them are in the double size. You can find the approximate waiting period in the description of every different models of frame (from 2 to 5 weeks depending on the suppliers). The mattresses, the futons and the covers which aren’t already in stock could take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive in the store.
If you urgently need something, it’s better if you call directly to the store so we can find the perfect model for you among the ones that we already have in stock.
For a layaway or a special order, we would need a non-refundable deposit of 20%. For a specific order (non-standard sizes etc.) a non-refundable deposit of 50% is necessary. The balances are payable directly in the store, by credit card over the phone at the latest the day before the delivery or in cash to the deliverer.
Online orders: Payment by credit card Visa or Mastercard or by Paypal at the time of purchase. If you prefer, you can pay or give the deposit by credit card over the phone. You just have to choose this payment option when you order on internet and we will contact you within a maximum of 48 hours to review the order and do the payment.
Orders placed by phone : You can consult the website and then call us to order over the phone. We could review the order and answer all your questions.
Mattresses and futons : For hygiene reasons, no exchange or refund are possible on the mattresses and the futons.
Frames : If for any reasons, the frame doesn’t suit you, we can try to find another model in exchange. The delivery cost and re-stocking costs for the assembled frames would apply.
Covers: It can be hard to choose the right fabric pattern or the right color. The double, queen and loveseat studio sizes of covers can be exchanged if they’re still new and unused. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if the cover smells bad or is not in good condition (dirtiness, animal hair, etc.) Delivery costs are payable.
Fees may apply for the cancellation of an order if we had to order items or if the goods was in the regular stock.
The fees are 20% of the total amount for the cancellation if we ordered items or 50% on the specific orders (non-standard sizes etc.)
